Uptie is a service that provides English text correction and learning support.

Free Plan

  • • Text corrections: Up to 30 per month (planned)
  • • Text-to-speech: Limited
  • • Usage limits may change without notice

Pro Plan

  • • Text corrections: Up to 300 per day (planned)
  • • Text-to-speech: Up to 200 per day (planned)
  • • Pricing: Check within the service

3. Changes to Pricing and Usage Limits

Important: The following changes may occur without notice

  • • Free plan usage limits
  • • Pro plan usage limits
  • • Subscription pricing
  • • Addition of new features or changes to existing ones

4. Prohibited Activities

  • • Unauthorized use or interference with the service
  • • Infringement of others' rights
  • • Posting illegal or inappropriate content
  • • Excessive access through automation tools

5. Disclaimer

  • • AI correction results are not guaranteed for accuracy
  • • Damages caused by service interruption or suspension
  • • Disputes between users
  • • Failures of external services (payments, etc.)
  • • Data loss or corruption

6. Service Suspension and Termination

The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or troubleshooting.

Accounts may be suspended or deleted if violations of terms are found.

We will make efforts to notify users 30 days in advance of complete service termination.

7. Intellectual Property

Copyright of text entered by users belongs to the users. However, we may use it in anonymized form for service improvement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
